Kim Hollier Photography - Who Am I?
As much as I love talking I find it really hard to talk about myself, but anyhow here's a few interesting points!
I love people and I love that my job enables me to connect and bring joy to people for years to come. Photos enable us to be transported back in time and allow us to reflect on life's memories. We all know how quickly life passes us by. Let me help you to create memories that will be enjoyed for generations to come.
Married?
Yes, to a wonderful guy called Peter who believes in me & supports me in all the crazy things I want to do, and even though I'm sure I drive him nuts he never lets on that I do.
Kids?
Yep 4! I did get a father/daughter combo when I met Pete and then very quickly (like lightning speed, looking back not sure how we did it that quick) added another 3 to that number! We did even our teams though - 2 girls & 2 boys, and any sign of cluckiness that I may have is now always taken care of during my newborn sessions!
Love My job?
Absolutely!! I feel very grateful that I took the leap over 10 years ago to leave a job that I thought I loved (and paid reeeaaallly well!) to go into building a photography business. I was pregnant with baby 2 & thought this is where I need to work out what to do. It has lead me to a career that lets me meet with so many wonderful people & create so many memories that I know are cherished & loved as moments in time.
Beer or Wine?
This is the decider right!!?? I'm neither! Although partial to a cider on a hot day, my heart lies with ouzo (yep I'm that girl!), margaritas & most recently taken up the love of gin!
