Booking terms

1Booking fees and deposits are non-refundable

Your session is booked once your deposit (or full payment) comes through. Booking fees and deposits are non-refundable, because I keep that time just for you and turn other families away.

Your deposit always comes off the price of your session.

2Moving your session

Life happens, and I'm human too. For full sessions, give me at least 7 days' notice and I'll move your booking to a new date, deposit and all.

Mini sessions run on set days, so they can't always move. If you can't make it, let me know and I'll offer another time on the day, or at my next mini sessions if there's room.

3If I need to cancel

If I have to cancel or move your session, for example if I'm unwell or the weather turns for an outdoor session, you can choose a new date or I'll refund everything you've paid.

4Paying the rest

The rest of your session price is due on the day. Cash is easiest, or I can take card.

5Running late

Mini sessions run back to back, so if you arrive late your session may be shorter. Full sessions have no set finish time, so just let me know.

6Your photos

Your photos are yours to keep, print and share with family and friends. They're for your personal use, not for selling or advertising.

7Sharing a few favourites

I love sharing a few favourites on my website and Facebook, but I'll always ask you in person first. If you'd rather I didn't, that's completely fine.

8Little ones

Children stay with a parent or guardian during the session. I hold a Blue Card and am fully insured.

9Your rights

Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
